Altea & Altea La Vieja

Altea is the home port for "Shazali" moored in the Club Nautico de Altea. This quaint Mediterranean village with history records which dates back as far as the 13th century takes its name from the Greek word "Althaia"
Located in the Alicante Province within the Comunidad Valenciana, this East Coast mediterranean village has the Greenwich Meridian line passing through its bay area "Bahia de Altea"
The buildings and church offer a beautiful 3D image to the back drop of the mountains , a true picture postcard image.
Albir "Bahia de ALbir"
Albir Touristic Resort.
Albir is the neighbouring coastal village to Altea sharing the same stretch of pebble beach. Albir is renowned for its Light house which is still operative today and for its "Minas de Ocre" a type of rusty clay which was mined to be used as a colourant.
Benidorm Island

"Benidorm Island" also known as "Peacock Island" lies just 3kms from Benidorm's famous meeting point or lookout deck between Benidorm's well renowned "Poniente" and "Levante" beaches.

The corner bay area by the harbour entrance is perfectly sheltered by the "Peñon" protecting you from the Tramontane (Northly) and Levante (Easterly) winds allowing you to have a pleasant day out even on the blustery days.
Calpe like Altea is an important fishing port on the Costa Blanca providing fresh fish to the local restaurants and supermarkets along the coast.
Moraira

Travelling further North you arrive to Moraira a coastal village belonging to Teulada . This village although hugely popular for tourism has unlike Benidorm and Calpe, maintained the village feeling with out the need for multi high rise buildings. The picture is the bay of "El Portet" a small sheltered area with crystal clear water and its own little beach surrounded by villas looking out to sea.
